Lead Cook

An individual that is able to read short order tickets, multi-task, prepare multiple orders at the same time, ability to provide fast service with quality food preparation, experience with the grill and deep frying required.

Waiter/Waitress

This friendly and inviting individual is responsible for greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill.

Bartender

This attentive and friendly indivudal is responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Other duties include keeping the bar stocked and clean.

Dishwasher

Responsible for the cleanness of the back areas of the kitchen. Also responsible for ensuring all dishes, sinks and cooking utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to state regulations.

Cashiers

Responsible for operating the cash register, communicates with customers, and assists other restaurant staff as needed. Duties include processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and making change, and using a point of sale system for transactions.

hosts

Responsible for greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. Responsible for making sure our guests have a positive dining experience.

maintenance

Responsible for performing building repairs, troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment, such as ice or soda machines, cleanliness in the parking lot as well as inside and repairing other equipment.

runners

Responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.  Will maintain organization of ticket orders and communicate effectively with The Breakfast Bar team.

Prep cooks

An individual that is able to read short order tickets, multi-task, prepare multiple orders at the same time, ability to provide fast service with quality food preparation, experience with the grill and deep frying required.

Co-Lead cook

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Biscuit Maker

Responsible for making biscuits and maintain the cleanliness of their area. Prepare biscuit dough, bake the biscuits, clean work area and cook other foods in the kitchen.
